Dr. Martha Garzon is a board-certified pediatric dentist with over 30 years of experience and a true passion for children’s oral health. Since opening her Edmond practice in 2001, she has proudly served families throughout Edmond and the Oklahoma City metropolitan area. Dr. Garzon leads a highly qualified team that is always ready to help parents and children with any clinical or administrative questions.
Dr. Garzon earned her DMD from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and completed her Pediatric Dentistry specialty and Master of Science at Rutgers University. She also holds a DDS degree from the National University of Colombia in Bogotá. In addition to her private practice, Dr. Garzon enjoys teaching as a Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Pediatric Dentistry at the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry.
Recognized by 405 Magazine as one of the area’s Top Dentists for five years in a row. The Edmond Chamber of Commerce named her a Small Business Nominee in 2010 and a finalist in 2017. The Edmond Sun awarded her the Sunshine Award for excellence in Business in 2019 and 2020.
Dr. Garzon is dedicated to staying current with the latest in pediatric dentistry. She regularly attends continuing education courses and works to ensure her team provides the highest level of care and customer service.
Giving back to the community is close to her heart. Dr. Garzon has volunteered with dental organizations such as the Oklahoma Dental Foundation, Oklahoma Mission of Mercy, and the OU College of Dentistry’s Kids Day, as well as several local community clinics. She’s also active in organizations like the Edmond Women’s Club and Latinas Win, where she enjoys supporting and connecting with the community, which she’s proud to call home.
Outside the office, Dr. Garzon enjoys traveling, painting, doing crafts, decorating, and spending time with her husband, family, and friends in Colombia and Greece. She’s fluent in English and Spanish and has some knowledge of Greek. She also enjoys musicals, movies, and the Theater.
